VIDIC LEFT OUT

Nemanja Vidic’s groin injury left him out of Manchester United’s Champions League match against Olympiakos, this will be his last season with the Premier League club after it was revealed that a deal with Inter Milan has already been completed.

The Serbian defender is hoping that Edin Dzeko will join him in the Italian club. Edin Dzeko is mostly playing as a substitute or backup player in Manchester City as Manuel Pellegrini usually prefers using Alvaro Negredo as his target-man and he will be seeing even less playing time in the club when Sergio Aguero recovers from his injury.

It still remains unknown whether Dzeko will be joining Vidic in his move to Inter Milan but it is believed that the Serbian is going to try to influence the Manchester City forward in moving to the Serie A.

Inter Milan and Nemanja Vidic have already announced that a deal has already been made and the veteran defender is going to be joining the team of Walter Mazzari by the end of the current season but the Turkish club Trabzonspor is willing to pay Vidic more than €20 million in an attempt to lure him away from Italy and move to Trabzonspor instead.

Even at his 32 years of age, Vidic is still wanted and admired by many coaches and clubs around Europe which are willing to add him to their squad but it seems highly unlikely that he will be joining any other club different than Inter Milan as they have already agreed a deal but the length of time which he will be playing for the Italian club has not been announced.

Walter Mazzari is also interested in signing Patrice Evra from Manchester United and the tactician will be given a substantial amount of cash for him to improve the squad and compete against the best teams in Europe and sign new players when the transfer window reopens in the summer.
